Email iguntherapps@proton.me with “Blend Cellar” in the subject. Include your app version, iOS or iPadOS version, device model and the steps that led to the problem. A screenshot can help; remove private collection details first. Never send Apple Account passwords or payment details.
Where is my collection stored?
Records are local by default. Optional synchronization is available under Settings → iCloud Sync and uses your own iCloud account. There is no Blend Cellar login and no public collection profile.
iCloud changes have not appeared
Check that all devices use the intended Apple Account, have iCloud available and have synchronization enabled in Blend Cellar. Review the app’s iCloud status and refresh it. Allow time for synchronization over a working connection. Keep a separate backup before making major changes or troubleshooting.
Turning sync off retains both local and cloud records. Cloud deletion is a separate confirmed action; turn sync off on all devices first to prevent another device from uploading records again.
Back up or transfer a collection
Use Settings → Backup and Transfer to create a ZIP backup, and keep a copy somewhere you control. The archive includes collection records and saved pipe photographs. Restore currently requires an empty local collection with iCloud synchronization off. Do not erase your only copy to attempt a restore; contact support if you are unsure.
Labels, QR codes and stocktakes
Package labels identify your own recorded packages. Export PDF labels or CSV data from the label tools. QR scanning helps find a package during a manual stocktake; scanning alone does not mark the package as counted. Review and approve stocktake results before applying corrections.
Photos and camera access
Use the system photo picker or camera when adding a pipe photograph. Camera access also supports QR-label scanning. If access was denied, review Blend Cellar’s camera permission in system Settings.
Change language or measurement units
The Language action in Blend Cellar Settings opens the app’s system settings. Choose among the four supported languages there. Measurement preferences are available inside Blend Cellar Settings and change displayed units without rewriting recorded quantities.
Premium and purchases
Use Restore Purchases with the same Apple Account used to subscribe. Manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple Account’s subscription settings; Apple explains the steps here. Uninstalling Blend Cellar does not cancel billing. Contact Apple for payment or refund requests.
Can I buy, sell or advertise tobacco here?
No. Blend Cellar is solely an adult-only private collection tool. We do not sell tobacco, provide a marketplace, promote tobacco products or encourage tobacco use. Support covers the software and your records; it does not provide tobacco purchasing or consumption advice.
