These terms apply when you use Focus Artifact. They are intended to be read, not deciphered.
Use of the app
Focus Artifact is a focus and timer tool. You remain responsible for how and where you use it. Use the app lawfully and do not attempt to bypass purchase controls, disrupt the service or violate the rights of others.
The app is developed with care, but uninterrupted, permanently available or error-free operation cannot be guaranteed.
Timing accuracy
Focus Artifact is designed for personal focus and productivity sessions. Do not rely on it for safety-critical, medical, emergency, legal, industrial or other critical timing purposes.
Purchases
Original Collection is a non-consumable, one-time App Store purchase that unlocks unlimited use of the original Focus Artifact experience. It is not a subscription, and the entitlement does not expire.
Apple processes billing, purchase restoration and refunds under its applicable App Store terms and processes. Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.
Future optional Artifacts, collections or other content may be offered separately. Purchasing Original Collection does not necessarily include every future separately sold Artifact.
Intellectual property
The Focus Artifact app design, branding, Artifact designs, software, website content and original assets are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Third-party platform material remains the property of its respective rights holder.
Platform and third-party services
Focus Artifact depends on Apple platform services such as the App Store, StoreKit, notifications and Live Activities. Optional analytics services may process limited usage information only when you opt in. These services may be governed by their own terms and availability.
Availability and changes
Features may be improved, modified or discontinued where necessary. Changes affecting paid access will be handled consistently with applicable mandatory law; the Original Collection purchase entitlement is not a subscription.
Limitation of liability
Within the limits permitted by Norwegian law, Focus Artifact is not liable for indirect loss arising from use of, inability to use or reliance on the app for a purpose it was not designed to serve. Nothing here limits rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Norwegian law
These terms are governed by Norwegian law. Your mandatory consumer rights are not affected.
