Common questions
How does the free usage work?
You receive at least 30 minutes of free focus usage so you can try the complete experience before purchasing.
Will a session stop when the free allowance is reached?
No. Any session started while free usage remains can finish. Focus Artifact never interrupts an active session with a purchase screen.
What is the Original Collection?
It unlocks unlimited use of the original Focus Artifact experience, including the original Artifacts. Future optional Artifacts or collections may be sold separately.
Is it a subscription?
No. Original Collection is a one-time App Store purchase.
How do I restore my purchase?
Open Settings in Focus Artifact and choose Restore Purchases. Use the same Apple Account that made the original purchase.
Why is Dynamic Island or the Live Activity not visible?
Live Activities must be allowed in iOS settings. Dynamic Island is only available on compatible iPhone models; supported devices without it can show the session on the Lock Screen.
How do completion notifications work?
If you allow notifications, Focus Artifact can notify you when a running session finishes. You can change this permission in the app or in iOS Settings.
Does Focus Artifact require an account?
No. There is no account to create or sign in to.
Does it work when the app is in the background?
Yes. Your session keeps its deadline and restores correctly when you return to the app.
