The free Journey
The free experience includes Galaxy I. A single non-consumable in-app purchase opens the remaining Journey for the Apple Account that completed the purchase, subject to App Store purchase and restoration rules.
Purchases
Purchases are processed by Apple. Billing, refunds and purchase eligibility are governed by the applicable App Store terms. Your mandatory consumer rights are unaffected.
Intellectual property
The Evervoid Journey, narrative, artwork, sound presentation and software remain protected by their respective intellectual-property rights and licences.
Availability and updates
Evervoid is provided as available. Updates may refine presentation, difficulty and content while preserving valid lifetime access to the full Journey.
