Do I need an account?
No. Evervoid does not require an account. Journey progress, Recall, Memory unlocks and preferences are stored locally on your device.
What is Recall?
Recall records which encounter changes you remembered. It is part of your Journey history, not a currency or score gate. The Journey progresses after every required encounter, whatever your Recall percentage.
What does the free experience include?
Galaxy I — The Silent is the complete free opening: eight encounters and the reveal of Galaxy II.
What is The Passage?
The Passage is a one-time, non-consumable App Store purchase that permanently unlocks Galaxies II–VI and The Deep for the purchasing Apple Account. It is not a subscription.
How do I restore a purchase?
Open SYSTEM, choose The Passage and then RESTORE PURCHASES. Use the same Apple Account that completed the original purchase.
Can I change analytics sharing?
Yes. Open SYSTEM and change SHARE USAGE DATA at any time. It is off by default and has no effect on gameplay.
Which devices are supported?
Evervoid is designed for both iPhone and iPad, with the same Journey presented responsively for each device.
What should I include when reporting a problem?
Describe what you did, what you expected and what happened. Include your device model, operating-system version and Evervoid version. Do not include payment details or other sensitive information.
