These terms apply when you use TidyDay. The app helps you review your Photos library in small, deliberate sessions; you always remain in control of your library.
Use of TidyDay
You may use TidyDay privately and lawfully on a compatible Apple device. Do not attempt to bypass subscription controls, interfere with the app, distribute malicious code or use the app in a way that violates the law or the rights of others.
Your Photos library
You are responsible for the Photos library and Apple Account used with TidyDay. Review marked items carefully before approving a deletion request. TidyDay provides undo and review steps, but it cannot guarantee recovery after you confirm deletion through Apple Photos. Items may remain recoverable for a period in Photos’ Recently Deleted album, subject to Apple’s current behaviour and your settings.
TidyDay Premium
An active TidyDay Premium subscription or introductory trial is required to start tidies. The available plans are a monthly auto-renewable subscription and a yearly auto-renewable subscription. The yearly plan may include a seven-day introductory free trial when you are eligible. Current prices, billing periods, trial eligibility and any local taxes are shown by the App Store before purchase.
Payment is charged to your Apple Account. Unless cancelled, a subscription renews automatically under the terms displayed by Apple. You can manage or cancel it in your App Store account settings. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid period or trial; deleting TidyDay does not cancel a subscription.
Purchases, restoration and refunds
Apple processes billing, renewal, restoration and refunds under its applicable terms and processes. TidyDay does not receive your payment-card details. Use Restore Purchases in the app with the Apple Account that holds the subscription. Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.
Availability and changes
TidyDay is developed with care, but uninterrupted, permanently available or error-free operation cannot be guaranteed. Photos, iCloud, notifications, StoreKit and the App Store are Apple services with their own availability and terms. Features may be improved, changed or discontinued where necessary. Material changes affecting paid access will be handled consistently with applicable mandatory law.
No critical or guaranteed storage service
TidyDay is a review aid, not a backup, archive or storage-recovery service. Keep suitable backups of photos that matter to you. Do not rely on TidyDay for emergency, evidentiary, medical, legal or other critical preservation decisions.
Intellectual property
The TidyDay name, branding, app design, software, website content and original assets are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Apple platform material and other third-party material remain the property of their respective rights holders.
Limitation of liability
Within the limits permitted by Norwegian law, TidyDay is not liable for indirect loss arising from use of, inability to use or reliance on the app for a purpose it was not designed to serve. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Norwegian law
These terms are governed by Norwegian law. Your mandatory consumer rights are not affected.
